Verify that the terminal supports contactless payments. You could also try to tap and pay with a contactless payment card, to be sure the terminal supports contactless payments.

 

Make sure that the NFC chip in the wearable is aligned with the contactless symbol on the terminal.

 

If the terminal supports contactless payments and you are positioning the wearable correctly but you still have problems with payments, it's possible that the terminal is not updated to accept wearable payments. We continue to work with merchants to make wearable payments accepted everywhere.
