Some times we want to inform OEMs about something, the best way is to send one email to all of them. Weekly we inform them in two occasions:

1. Informing that we are gonna release.

2. Informing we have already finish the release.


Steps we should follow:


1. In Freshdesk, go to admin.


2. Inside admin, click to "Proactive Outreach".


3. In "Proactive Outreach, click to "New Outreach"


4. Click to "Single email Outreach".


5. Click to "Import Contacts".


6. Go to the folder in drive were we have the contact list and download the list that we want in ".csv" format.

     If it is a release we download the "Release Contacts".

     If it is a general notification we should download "Notification Contacts".

     If it is a general notification we should download "SDK Contacts".

     If it is a general notification we should download "FPA Contacts".

7. Select the contact list you have just downloaded.


8. In the last field "Can see all tickets from this company" select "See Tickets".


9. Click to "proceed".


10. Click to "canned response" simbol, if the email you want to send is a notification one that we have already prepare, usually the ones for the release.



11. Select the canned response that you want to send. If it is for release, then go to the "Notifications" folder.



12. Then choose "Fidesmo notification - software upgrade" if we are going to inform when we are releaseing, or "Fidesmo notification - software upgrade succeeded" if we have just ended the release or "SDK New Version".


13. The subject is in the first part of the text, copy and paste it in the "subject" field. And change the dates and hours to the ones that should be. Then click to "Proceed".


14. Select "immediately" outreach. And complete the "Name for the outreach", with the same subject you have inserted.


15.Confirm the data are correct and click to finish. The email will reach the OEMs after some minutes. You can check if it has been received by pinging up: the security team, Marta, Product Team, Ulrich and Iván.
