First you should create the company for that OEM:


Fill company name and domain of the company and add a logo (if we have one) for it.

Add contacts, for it you should follow this steps for each contact:

1. Click to "new" and to "contact":

2. Complete the fields:

name of the contact

email of the contact

company 

3. In order to be able to see other tickets from the company you should click to the ticket symbol so it got in blue color.

4. Send the activation account email:

You should go to the contact and click to send the activation email.

5. If we want to add them in SDK we should give them access to those articles:
a. We go to articles, knowledge base:

b. Support Portal

c. Partner guides, SDK, edit pencil at the right of SDK letters when you place your mouse over it.

d. Add the new company in companies and save.
