There are different options to connect your payment card with your ring or wearable: Online, Android app and iOS app (Support for connecting a payment card with our iOS app can only be with selected wearables. Contact the wearable manufacturer for more details).
Please note that not all rings and wearables support every option of connecting a payment card. Contact the ring or wearable manufacturer for more information.
Online
Connect your payment card when purchasing your ring or wearable online.
iPhone
Connect your payment card through our iPhone app if your phone has NFC connection.
Before starting...
1. If you have never connected your ring or wearable with your phone, please read this article.
2. If you need it, check this article to know how to place your ring or wearable and the phone during the process.
3. If you already have a card connected to your ring or wearable, check this article to disconnect the card before connecting the new one.
How to connect the card to your ring or wearable
Step 1. Open the Fidesmo app. Your wearable should be shown on the screen (if not, please read this article)
Step 2. Click on "Connect a Service".
Step 3. Look for "Fidesmo Pay" service and click on "Connect".
Step 4. Click on "Next".
Step 5. Write your email.
Step 6. Insert your card details.
Step 7. Wait.
Step 8. Read and accept terms and conditions.
Step 9. Place your wearable on the back of the phone, check this article to know how to place it. You will find several steps from 0 to 8 in which you should follow step 9, step 10 and step 11 and 12.
Step 10. Please don't move your phone and your wearable till the image on step 11 appears on the screen.
Step 11. The connection hadn't finish yet, note that you have 8 Steps over here.
Step 12. Click on "connect" and once again you go to Step 9 where you place your wearable on the back of the phone.
Step 13. After following all steps your card should already be connected to your wearable.
WATCH OUT. If you get this error please don't panic. Sometimes you might get this error, the NFC of your phone has been disabled. Please switch your phone off and on again so the NFC of the iPhone is connected.
