Verify that the terminal supports contactless payments. You could also try to tap and pay with a contactless payment card, to be sure the terminal supports contactless payments.

 

Make sure that the NFC chip in the wearable is aligned with the contactless symbol on the terminal.

 

Please take a picture or write down the name of the POS terminal and send that information to support@fidesmo.com we will then investigate with the POS manufacturer to make sure you can tap and pay.
