If you wish to remove a wearable from the Fidesmo mobile app or the Self-Service Portal, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Note: If you are trying to block or remove a payment token connected to Fidesmo Pay, please follow these specific instructions instead.
Removing a Wearable from the Mobile App (Android/iOS)
The process depends on whether you are logged into your account:
For Logged-in Users:
Important: If you have linked your devices to a Google or Apple account, you must be logged in to remove the wearable. Once removed, the wearable will be unlinked from your account and will disappear from all other devices connected to that same account.
Steps:
Open the Fidesmo app.
Select the wearable you wish to remove from your list.
On the wearable overview screen, tap the bin (trash) icon in the top-right corner.
For Users Not Logged In:
Open the Fidesmo app.
Select the wearable from your list.
On the overview screen, tap the bin (trash) icon in the top-right corner.
Removing a Wearable from the Fidesmo Self-Service Portal
- Log in to the Fidesmo Self service portal.
- Locate the wearable you wish to remove.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of that wearable’s card.
- Select Forget wearable.
