You can use our Android app, iPhone app or Self Service Portal to pause payments on your wearable. You can also always call your bank and ask them to pause payments on your wearable.

Android / iPhone

Follow these instructions first if you have not installed the Fidesmo app and connected your wearable to your phone yet. If you have lost your wearable please call your bank or use the Self Service Portal (see below) if you know the Fidesmo ID of your wearable. Otherwise follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the overview screen showing your wearable and the services connected to it.
  2. Click on the button Pause payments under the payment card image.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen to pause payments on your wearable.

Self service portal

Follow these instructions first if you have not used the Fidesmo Self Service Portal and connected your wearable yet.

  1. Go to the overview screen showing your wearable and the services connected to it.
  2. Click Pause payments.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen to pause payments on your wearable.
