Verify that the terminal supports contactless payments. You could also try to tap and pay with a contactless payment card, to be sure the terminal supports contactless payments.
Make sure that the NFC chip in the wearable is aligned with the contactless symbol on the terminal.
Please verify that a payment card is connected to the wearable. You can check using the Fidesmo iPhone- and Android- app, our Self Service Portal, or by calling your banks customer care and ask if Fidesmo Pay is connected to your wearable.
