If you have received this email, it means your bank has made changes to the card details on your wearable and you may start to experience declines in payments with your wearable unless you complete the renewal process. 


How to

You will find instructions on how to Renew payments for your wearable below. The process is quick, easy, and of course secure!

Android

  1. If you haven't done so yet connect your ring or wearable to your phone, by following these instructions.

  2. In the app, when you see your connected card, press the "Renew payment service" button.

  3. Once your wearable is updated, the process is finished and you can continue using your wearable for payments.

iPhone

Due to Apple restrictions, it is not possible to renew the payment service on an iOS phone. You will need an Android phone with NFC-Capabilities to renew the payment service on your wearable. See the instructions above. If you do not have access to an Android phone; please contact your wearable manufacturer for further instructions.


Self service portal/Web

It is not possible to renew the payment service using the web/self service portal.
