If you have paused payments on your wearable you can use our Android app, iPhone app or Self Service Portal to reactivate them. You can also always call your bank and ask them to reactivate payments on your wearable.

- If you have not yet connected a payment card follow these instruction instead.
- If you have not yet connected your wearable through the Fidesmo app or Self Service Portal please follow these instructions before proceeding with the steps on this page.
Android / iPhone
- Go to the overview screen showing your wearable and the services connected to it.
- Click on the button Reactivate connected payment card under the payment card image.
- Follow the instructions on screen to reactivate payments on your wearable.
Self service portal
- Go to the overview screen showing your wearable and the services connected to it.
- Click Reactivate connected payment card.
- Follow the instructions on screen to reactivate payments on your wearable.
