If you have previously paused payments on your wearable, you can easily reactivate them using Android app, IOS app or Self Service Portal. Alternatively, you can always contact your bank directly and ask them to reactivate payments for your device.


Important:

  • If you have not yet connected a payment card follow these instructions instead.
  • If you have not yet connected your wearable through the Fidesmo app or Self Service Portal please follow these instructions before proceeding with the steps on this page.

Using the mobile app (Android/iOS)

1. Open the Fidesmo app and select your wearable to view its overview screen.

2. Tap the Reactivate connected payment card button located under the image of your payment card.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate payments on your wearable.

Using the Fidesmo Self-Service Portal

1. Log in to the Fidesmo Self-Service Portal and select your wearable.

2. Click Reactivate connected payment card.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
