If you want to connect your Curve card to a Fidesmo device or ring you should always activate your device before your Curve physical card.


In case that you didn’t proceed this way is possible that you are not receiving the activation SMS from Curve. If that is your case you have three different solutions:


1. Contact Curve:

Submit an online form here.
Indicating as Topic* CURVE FEATURES > X PAYS
And please select as options regarding X-Pay* > Wearables
Options relating to your issue* > Something else
There you can leave a message and Curve agents will help you complete the activation of your wearable once authenticated.
E.g "I did not receive the SMS with the code in time and I can not complete the activation of my [BRAND] wearable."


Or access the Curve application. Then go to Account - Help Centre - Chat
There you can leave a message and Curve agents will help you complete the activation of your wearable once authenticated.
E.g "I did not receive the SMS with the code in time and I can not complete the activation of my [BRAND] wearable."


2. Contact Fidesmo Support.


3. Solve it yourself. If you have access to an Android Phone with NFC-Capabilities. Due to Apple conditions                   this can't be done with an iOS(iPhone).


    1. Remove the card from your wearable:

    2. Connect the new card to your wearable.
