The Fidesmo ID is a unique code (XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX) that identifies your wearable. If you don't know your Fidesmo ID you can check these articles for Android and iPhone to connect your device with your phone and get your Fidesmo ID. 


What is the meaning of Shop?

The place or website where you purchased your wearable.


Which is my bank?

We are asking for the bank connected to your wearable. Choose one of the list, if your bank is not included, that means it is not supported.


What is scheme?

The type of card, if it is VISA or Mastercard.


What do we mean by "Smartphone OS"?

The operating system of your phone, we would like to know if your phone is iOS (it is from Apple, an iPhone) or if it is Android (like Samsung, Huawei...etc).
